Finca La Vida Loca
The apartment is described on the website www.fincalavidaloca.com. This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation in and around the apartments at the time of the visit by the guest(s). No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.
The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights in June, July, August and September. The other months the minimum stay is 2 nights.
The apartments are accessible 24 hours a day. The apartments each have a private entrance.
It is forbidden to let third parties use the apartments. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartments without the user’s permission and without additional payment.
The apartment must be in clean condition upon departure. Before departure, the user will make a statement of admission. If the room upon departure deviates so much from the list, the user may charge the other party for the additional replacement or cleaning costs.
Garbage should be deposited in the designated container.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, smoking is allowed outside.
Small pets are not allowed.
Barbecuing is not allowed on the private terrace.
Consumption of self-brought drinks and food is not allowed in the public areas.
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the latest. Check out is possible until 11:00 at the latest. These times can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
The other party may park the car in the parking spaces available on the premises. Parking is at the other party’s own risk.
All risks related to staying in or around the apartments as well as in or around the pool are the responsibility of the other party.
Damage respectively loss of (un)movable property owned by the user shall be reported and must be compensated to the user.
The other party must follow the user’s instructions.
After 11 p.m., you should not cause noise both inside and outside your apartment.
The user may deny and/or refuse the other party access to the apartment complex with immediate effect in case of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and indication of reasons and without refund of accommodation expenses.
